1.Each publication is assessed by at least two independent Reviewers from outside the research unit affiliated by the author of the publication, and:

• in the case of texts written in a foreign language, at least one of the reviewers must be affiliated with a foreign institution other than the nationality of the author of the work;

• the following cannot occur between the reviewer and the author:

for direct personal relationships (kinship, legal ties, conflict), for relationships of professional subordination,

direct scientific cooperation in the last two years preceding the preparation of the review.

2. Based on the Reviewer Form, the reviewers evaluate the article within the time limit set by the Editor-in-Chief. The review takes the form of a written request to approve the article for publication or to reject it.

3. In the case of positive reviews, the article is sent to the Language and Statistical Editor (articles in which statistical methods are used), and then to the printing house.

4. If corrections are required, the article is sent back to the Authors with a designated deadline for their implementation.

5. The corrected article, the Editor-in-Chief, after consulting the Theme Editor, sends it to the Language Editor, and then to the printing house. In case of doubts, it consults the Reviewers.

6. An article cannot be accepted for publication after a negative evaluation of at least one reviewer or failure to introduce comments from reviewers. The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief after consultation with the Theme Editor.

7. The review form is published on the website magazines.

 8. The names of the reviewers of individual articles are not disclosed once a year the journal publishes a list of cooperating reviewers on the website and in the printed issue of the journal.

 1.           Do oceny każdej publikacji powołuje się co najmniej dwóch niezależnych Recenzentów spoza jednostki naukowej afiliowanej przez autora publikacji, przy czym:

•            w przypadku tekstów powstałych w języku obcym, co najmniej jeden z recenzentów musi być afiliowany w instytucji zagranicznej innej, niż narodowość autora pracy;

•            między recenzentem, a autorem nie mogą zachodzić:

o bezpośrednie relacje osobiste (pokrewieństwo, związki prawne, konflikt), o relacje podległości zawodowej,

o bezpośrednia współpraca naukowa w ciągu ostatnich dwóch lat poprzedzających przygotowanie recenzji.

2.           Recenzenci w oparciu o Formularz Recenzencki dokonują oceny artykułu w wyznaczonym przez Redaktora Naczelnego terminie. Recenzja ma formę pisemnego wniosku, co do dopuszczenia artykułu do publikacji lub jego odrzucenia.

3.           W przypadku pozytywnych recenzji, artykuł kierowany jest do Redaktora Językowego oraz Statystycznego (artykuły w których wykorzystywane są metody statystyczne), a następnie do drukarni.

4.           W przypadku konieczności wniesienia poprawek, artykuł odsyłany jest do Autorów z wyznaczonym terminem ich wykonania.

5.           Poprawiony artykuł Redaktor Naczelny, po zasięgnięciu opinii Redaktora Tematycznego, kieruje do Redaktora Językowego, a następnie do drukarni. W przypadku wątpliwości, zasięga opinii Recenzentów.

6.           Artykuł nie może być przyjęty do publikacji po negatywnej ocenie przynajmniej jednego recenzenta lub nie wprowadzeniu uwag recenzentów. Ostateczną decyzję podejmuje Redaktor Naczelny po konsultacji z Redaktorem Tematycznym.

7.           Formularz recenzencki jest podany do wiadomości na stronie internetowej

czasopisma.

8.           Nazwiska recenzentów poszczególnych artykułów nie są ujawnione, raz w roku czasopismo podaje do publicznej wiadomości na stronie internetowej oraz w numerze wydrukowanym czasopisma listę recenzentów współpracujących.

 9.           Lista recenzentów jest otwarta.
